Deck Your Children’s Halls with a $200 Giveaway from NWA Mall (CLOSED)

We have a winner! Congrats to:

Thanks to all who entered!!!

The Northwest Arkansas Mall gave me the opportunity to spend $200 there to decorate my children’s rooms for Christmas. It was a lot of fun to figure what I could do for $200 or less! They also want to extend the same opportunity to YOU with a giveaway of $200 in gift cards to use at the NWA Mall.  Here’s what I found!

Red towels from JC Penney, gold mini tree from Earthbound Trading Company & ‘Tis the Season hand soap from Bath & Body Works. Seriously smells like Christmas.

Little Christmas mat from Sears.

Hand towel from Sears & snow man night light wall flower Bath & Body Works.  Inside is one of their Holly Jolly Christmas fragrance refills. It’s a really happy smell & isn’t overpowering.

Here’s what I did for Katie’s room:

This sign was from Studio 2. It’s just there for the holidays, but they have some really fun signs, pillows, wooden Christmas trees…all kinda of neat stuff.  Go there.nwa mall, kids room, christmas

On her dresser, I got the cutest pair of topiary trees that I thought would make nice Christmas trees for the kids’  rooms from Arty Decor.  It is by far one of the best stores in the mall. So many good deals & unique finds.  I will be going back. I got the green sheets & leopard blanket from JC Penney (I let the kids each pick a velour-type blanket for their beds).

This is the sign I bought for Jackson’s room (also from Studio 2).  They loved these signs!

Jack’s tree.

Jackson opted for a red blanket. Green sheets also from JC Penney.  The green & white throw pillow is from Arty Decor. This is didn’t buy from the mall, but I wanted to show you the kid’s nativity. It was really special for him that he got to have it in his room this year. It has been helpful in beginning to share the store of Christmas with a 3-year-old. Visuals. 1. My daughter and I were in Penney’s last week and she picked out so many cute things! I’d love to use the cards to go back and get her some of the things she chose, as well as a few fun things for me at the other shops!

  2. I can’t believe you got all that for $200! I never even consider decorating my son’s room for the holidays, since Lego’s and Transformers don’t make holiday sets. 😉 Thanks for sharing and for the giveaway!

  3. Definitely need some new winter clothing so this gift card would be great.

  4. I’ve been married 23 years and the wedding towels and sheets are looking a bit ragged to say the lest. We need to replace so many things! Thanks for the chance!

  5. I would be getting Christmas presents, of course!! 😉

  6. Wow, what a great giveaway!

  7. I love that you did this for Rhonda! What great fun and your home looks so cute! Goodness, not a toy or mess in sight… did you have a Christmas angel in to deep clean? Send them my way!

  8. Love all the special touches.

  9. What a fun idea! I love the Happy Birthday Jesus sign.

  10. Jaime Miller says

christmas presents and maybe some new clothes for me!!

  11. I want some new decor to go in our new house!! 🙂

  12. This is the year that my whole family will be staying with us for a week! I would love the extra funds to put some special holiday touches in the guest rooms and bathroom for my mom, sister, niece and nephew! Thanks for the opportunity!

  13. Our first married Christmas – this would be amazing for decorating our house 🙂

  14. Kelly Williams says

Fun post, Jacquelyn! If I won, I’d love to get some new Christmas-y scents from Bath and Body Works and would see if JC Penney had some wreaths. I love the idea of a thick blanket for the kids’ beds, too.

  15. I would buy a few Christmas gifts and a few things for myself, too! 🙂

  16. You found some super cute things! Great job! Our house needs a lot of sprucing and replacing- especially bedding and towels as well as new soap dispensers, trash cans, etc for the bathroom. Also, momma and daddy both could really use some new clothes! Fingers crossed! 🙂

  17. My boys are growing and need bigger jeans and beds.
