Breakfast Smoothie

Here’s a yummy breakfast smoothie recipe that me & my kids love. Breakfast Smoothie 1 cup of frozen blueberries 1 container of greek yogurt (I used strawberry) 1 cup of fresh kale 1 cup of milk (or almond milk or whatever you like to use) 1 large banana 1/2 cup of old fashioned oats 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I used vanilla soy) 1 carrot   How’s this for a testimonial?         What healthy breakfasts do your kids love?
